That sucks pretty hard, dealing with those people is a royal pain in the ass and they're EVERYWHERE.
I imagine the general public may be easier to teach then the "intellectuals", if just because they seem to have their heads up their asses much less of the time.
And I think you should totally draw an angry picture.
LOL - Yeah, intellectuals can be hard to budge, too, since they're usually pretty set in their ways as well (and they tend to think they're right all the time, ugh).
I probably should've tried, at least.... Maybe next time I'm this angry I'll give it a go. ;-]
I'm going to go out on a limb here and suggest that this person isn't as intelligent as you may have thought. Not rock-stupid, but not as smart as he appears to be. Perhaps naive is the word. People stealing stuff on the internet? THAT'S IMPOSSIBLE! Nobody ever uses copy-paste for text or right-click on file and save-as......
Actually, I'm beginning to think you're right. Just last night, he couldn't figure out if he had accidentally captured a mountain lion or a bobcat on a security feed. Maybe it's just because I'm a visual person, but mountain lions and bobcats look nothing alike!!!

Idea theft...gah.
Dude may be thinking ″Oh, your stuff gets exposure/hype.″ While this may be true (if folk quote/reprint Evil Doug material, I AM flattered...as long as they say Evil Doug wrote it). HOWEVER, if someone takes Evil Doug's stuff and says, ″I wrote this,″ buuuuuuurrrrrrrn.
Letting folk enjoy your stuff is one thing...folk stealin' your stuff by saying they made it...not cool. Lazy, good for nothing...erm...stuff-nabbbers!
