2-3 bowls homemade chicken noodle soup (my mom made more!)

Damn, girl. Are you sure you are eating enough? I am trying to be super good lately and I know I eat more than that. Just concerned. ;)

It may not seem like so much, mass-wise, but the calorie intake is probably about 1300+ so its not like I'm starving myself at all.

Most nutritionists would say that, if you're work out, too, 1300 isn't enough. But it all depends on what works for you. You seem to eat pretty well, but you probably need more fruits and veggies in that mix, esp. since you don't eat too many calories. Not that I'm good at eating those, either, but I think it'd be good for you.

True. But, sadly, I have NOT been exercising. (However, I'm down more than two pounds since the 2nd!)

Yeah, I need to up my raw fruits and veggies. I've had an apple, some grapes and some cherry tomatoes today. We'll see what else I can do.
