Most nutritionists would say that, if you're work out, too, 1300 isn't enough. But it all depends on what works for you. You seem to eat pretty well, but you probably need more fruits and veggies in that mix, esp. since you don't eat too many calories. Not that I'm good at eating those, either, but I think it'd be good for you.

Yeah, I need to up my raw fruits and veggies. I've had an apple, some grapes and some cherry tomatoes today. We'll see what else I can do.
