Well, the toning sessions are a set routine through the six? seven? machines. They're timed with shorter (30 minutes total) and longer (55 minutes total) sessions.
I did the full longer sessions after the first day or two.
My other "routine" is just the eliptical or stair machine for 20-35 minutes and the weight machines.
