*nods graciously*

Thank you, thank you.

Of course, that much that fast CAN cause problems with your metabolism. So I will be going back to a nice, balanced 1300 or so for a while. And just upping my number of calories BURNED to make the difference.

Thank you.

I'm calling today to find out about places that have robotic exercise to add that to my program.

You did a couple days of the crazy diet, huh? So I guess it works?

I really only did about 1 and 2/3 days of the diet. 'cause the cookies and then yesterday I did my own thing - although I stayed within calorie bounds.

I think it only works if you're majorly overweight and/or are used to consuming far too many calories.

So who won the crazy diet bet?
Congrats on not having the cookies do any real damage!

Ah, yes, the bet. My mom told me on day 2 that she was only interested in an all or nothing. 10 pounds and I get $10. Less, and I lose $10. This was before the cookie incident, but I was fairly sure I wouldn't lose 10 full pounds, so I backed out.

I talked with my friend last night and confessed the snickerdoodle-attack. She was all "Six? EIGHT? (raligh), I'm shocked!" (I SO was just typing my real name in there! Heh.) Then she confessed to eating Mexican that night. Enchiladas, chips and queso, the whole deal. Plus two cokes.

However, she had lost 8 pounds since Monday night. Of course, she is just now about the weight I was at my heaviest. And she usually consumes about 3000 calories a day, if you consider the 3 or 4 daily Mountain Dews.

I'm going to eat normal for a while, then do a healthy 1000 calorie thing for a few days. 'Cause I think it was good for me, and I did drop. Until then, I'll just up my workout.
