This weekend our non-profit is sponsoring our first ever ladies' retreat. I went shopping this evening 'cause I had to get some new clothes, especially lightweight, layerable, casual to dressy-casual things for fall weather.

Mission successful!

( I can't go to bed until the laundry is done, so I'm packing, cleaning my room, and typing this in the meantime )

Where do you shop? (The magical land of cute clothes that fit and are on sale, apparently! I'm entirely jealous) Hope you're having a good weekend

Ross, which is a discount name brand store and Kohl's.

There's also Gordman's, and I'll probably be going there soon, as they're having a 30-60% off already-marked-down sale this weekend. And we also have NBC (which is kinda chaotic and rarely worth the trouble, IMO), Burlington Coat Factory, (which also has regular clothing, accessories, and even furniture as well) and some other places, but I don't shop there very often.

And, yes, you CAN get loads of cute clothes on sale. When my East coast cousins come for visits they LOVE going shopping!

Thanks! I'm ready to get back to actively doing the right things, exercising, and losing weight now!

(I'm going to be visiting out-of-state family in December and will be in a wedding in March, so I've got some deadlines to work towards)
