I used it for the first time in a comment in Maxy's journal. I just happened to notice the edit link after I made a mistake. Of course, a few minutes later I saw the entry mentioning the new feature.
That's one thing I have wanted in lj for so LONG. And, of course, now that they have it I realize it's only for paid account holders, so I still don't get it. Ah well.
Heh. I love how everybody is commenting and then immediately EDITING those comments.
And, of course, now I realize that I cannot join in the editing fun after all.
Oh well.
(It's probably a good thing, 'cause there was a teeny-tiny (psychotic) part of me that wanted to go back and find my most embarrassing comment goofs and fix them.)
(And I SO would if I could. It's almost a pathological thing for me. I proofread street signs, programs, menus, ... many times without even meaning to do so!)
I edit TWOP posts and my LJ entries up to 10, 20 times each -- if I'm feeling particularly neurotic. It's the combination of being flighty and compulsive, yet anal.
