What are the "best" albums i should be checking out ?

I'm trying to increase my exposure to "other" music. Curse that "oonce oonce oonce..." !

That tune Laid always reminds me of Cracker - Low, I think because they came out at the same time (if I recall).

Don't think I've ever heard of James or Laid, but I have recently acquired a couple of mix CDs with lots of random music goodness you may enjoy sampling. I'd be more than happy to share them with you. =)

Oooooooooh, yes! I went & youtubed it - I used to LOVE this song!!! I'd just forgotten all about it.
