So I've decided that I'm going to get into cake decorating. I made one yesterday, made my own fondant and everything! it turned out really cute. I'll post pics once I get them off of Dillon's camera

hmmm is that the stuff they generally use on wedding cakes too, that's kind of chewy and plastic-ey feeling? i remember i was so excited for the cake at my aunts wedding, and the frosting looked like that and then the frosting was disgusting and i was sad. haha

Hahaha yeah it's that stuff. It looks amazing, and it IS edible, but you're not really supposed to eat it i guess. it's pretty much solid confectioners sugar. :D

You are correct that it does look good, but... dammit, I will never make a cake with it, because I like my frosting soft and yummy! =p
