There hasn't been a whole lot going on over here, and my mood hasn't really improved, hence, the lack of updates. I'm sure you're all sick to death of hearing about my heartbreaking girl troubles, but that's more or less the sum total of what's been going on in my life that is in any way exceptional or out of the ordinary. I spend four days ( Read more... )

Fucking misogynistic sociopaths. Know that their choices and callous behaviours will bite them on the ass eventually. They'll be the old guys in the clubs getting rejected, and if by some fluke twist they get married to some unfortunate, they certainly will find no happiness there, and it won't stick. (Women have a habit of divorcing when they realize the misogyny of their spouses, especially now that the repercussions of divorce are not what they once were.)

On a semi-related note, I'm conducting an experiment this year. This experiment is along the lines of creating ones own reality. You may want to put your focus into what it is that you do want. It's nigh on impossible to ban negative thoughts, but try countering them. (Example from my own life, stop thinking about my debt, and start thinking about more money coming in. Also, focusing on success in the gallery market.)

I've had some success in the past, but there's invariably been a price. This is more of a shift in consistency and method for me.

I'd create my own reality, but I'm constrained by the following:

"Reality is that which, when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away." (Philip K. Dick)

Also, I like what you have thus far over at whiffofgrape, though I was actually chortling at scenes that were probably not supposed to be funny. (That's more likely my fucked up humour than the writing.) There's some typos and whatnot, but I'm guessing it'll be proofed before posted at N! Prime.

You don't fit SAD, since you're pretty well depressed no matter what the season.

Get over yourself. Just because you're in love with a high school student doesn't mean you have to act like one. Being busted up over someone is one thing, but only huge lady-girls write about it extensively. Someone lectured me about that kind of thing a few times, and rightly so - three guesses about who. (I'll give you a hint: his edges have been softened into a vagina.)
