Found this journal because of your detailed investigation into audio-video sync issues. I admire the effort you put into it. After reading all, not sure what to make of it all, except not as simple as I initially thought.
Anyway, read some of rest of your stuff here, also interesting, got to stuffed bread. My wife is from Philippines, and likes to get some food from local oriental store that is pronounced "sho pow", I have no idea how to spell it. Anyway, is easy to eat w/one hand, no crumbs, good for you, tasty, and easy to make if you buy the ones we do--all you need to do is microwave them. You seem like person who'd try to make these from scratch, the above link is a start.

and for the stuffed bead... i love trying different types of food... and this is awesome for using up leftovers
