I went to Con.txt in Silver Spring MD this weekend. First off, let me say that the con was awesome! I have no idea what goes on behind the scenes on the Con comm and all that, but whatever it is it worked. I had a blast at the first one and a blast at the second one (this last weekend). I love Hex! But I have to warn you that only S1 and part of S2 has been released in Region 1 and is available on Netflix. I had to acquire a region-free player and buy S2 from amazon.co.uk just to find out what happened.

Arg, that is not good news. Well, I will try season 1 and see what I think. I heard it got retooled around Season 2 and isn't as good as it was in the beginning. Was that your experience?

Actually, I like S2 better, and there were some genuinely surprising plot developments--I'm not entirely satisfied with the ending, though. And, really, how many TV shows (other than The L Word) that are about a woman's love for another woman?

Yes, true. Well, I will certainly check it out. :) Season 1 should be on it's way now.

So, there is a canon lesbian couple in it or is it all subtext/platonic love?
