Some people (OK, no people) wonder how I go about compiling these lists. Well, I do have a list of who I plan to feature, and most of the time I stick to it. Sometimes, however, something doesn't pan out, and I put in someone who's impressed me recently. Here's one of those off-the-cuff ones.
