i've been playing for almost 2 years, and i LOOOOVE the game itself, but the company has VERY poor customer service. a good part of the community is very unhappy with it, and a lot of the people who frequent the forums i read have been quitting because of it.

i know that the company is aware of the dissatisfaction among users, but they seem to not care - they take action on things that will make or save them money, but not what will make us happy.

i won't go on and on to you, since you probably have no idea what i'm talking about, but if your friend is interested in hearing it, tell him/her to drop me a line. it's impossible to get in contact with the company to tell them anything, and when you submit a support ticket, a robot answers you. one of the MAJOR reasons many of us are unhappy. it's a shame, since the game is so fun.
