I severed a tendon in my left pinkie finger. Kiddos, don't hack wildly at a box with scissors in an attempt to break it down. Trust me, it's not a wise idea. If you don't believe me, ( click here for graphic peektures! )

I have a similar wound on my right hand middle finger that I slit open on a car. I only needed two stitches though!

Ack, hope it heals up quickly! This doc was a little stitch-happy...this was the first time in over 20 years that I've had anything other than oral stitches, though, so I didn't know if that was the norm...

..yeah it would've healed quickly for me if I wouldn't have split it open again the day I got my stitches out. When that happened though I said screw it and just decided to have a wicked scar.

Srsly, and I'm really such a pussy when it comes to pain!
I woke up this morning to Petrie chewing on my splint dangerously close to the stitches...damn (cute) cat. ^_^

Heh, it was pretty gooey. You know I like gore, though ;-)
Just let me know if you need me to cancel it...it costs $20 or $30 to put a stop on it, I think.
