So quick update on Spring break!

Exercised with the sunday class. Didn't thow up, YES!

Exercised again with Kevin today, then again with Kevin and Josh, then helped out with Children's classes. They where cute kids.

This poped up on my last draft. It made me smile. I realize I haven't updated in a while. And hey, things of interest happen. Last night

wow. The thing at the hospital sounds like it sucked. There is probally someone you can talk to at the hospital to let them know that she's a hack.

Well they market it to housewives because they feel that they're the most likely to join. Basically the web site tracks sales trends and tells you what time is the best to stock up on stuff so you're not forced to pay full price when you can't go without it. Then they tell you where to find coupons so you can save additionally to the sale price. From what I can see, most people using the info save about 50% on their grocery bill. So you screw over coorporate america and you still play by their rules. It's pretty niffty information.
