It looks like the insurance company decided to declare my beautiful Prius a total loss. I'm not sure that we can afford another one at this time. We may have to be a single car family for a while. They actually are being quite generous with the payment of it, but it doesn't pay for a new one. Good-bye sweet Caleb; I will miss you.

So I found out today that the priest that backed out of marrying P and I so that we had to do a mad scramble to find a new priest in time for the wedding had left the priesthood to marry one of our parishioners. I'm in Austin, picking up Ally, who did not fit in my FIL's car when we came to San Antonio after the accident. My husband wrote and sent me a poem about how he loved me. I feel so lucky to have someone love me so well.

My neighbor commented that the baby looks so much like my hubby and then said that I must love him a lot. Her daughter explained that in Syria that they say that if you really love your husband a lot then the baby will look like him. I hit pre-pregnancy weight on Sunday.

So, apparently it is a lot harder to meet a word quota when you have no plot or characters to begin with than when you have a general story line and the characters all thought out in advance. He is currently lvl 55 and is trying to make 70 before the baby is born because he understands that he may not have time afterward. I started out with borderline gestational diabetes and it has progressively gotten worse (sort of like the Carpal’s Tunnel). The doctor has now prescribed insulin shots which I should start in the next few days. Oddly enough, I’m not near as upset as I would have thought I’d be.
