From what I understand he will be spending his time 60% walter reed, 35% bethesda, and 5% civilian for the first couple years. His last year will be at the new hospital they're building. Isn't your sister and/or cousin at one of these sites, too?
My sister is currently at Bethesda full time, but she's going to be PCSing at some point (this summer, i think?), but my cousin does work at both WR and NNMC as a fertility OB/GYN person, and her husband is...I think he's at WR as a nurse anesthetist. not sure.
