Honestly, sometimes I'm not sure how he puts up with me. And sometimes I wonder about the same about him. We certainly don't have a 'typical' relationship, but I doubt either of us is cut out for such a thing. What we do have is a lot of time and love invested in each other. A lot of patience (on both sides). Shared history. Lots of shared values.
