I've known her since we were eight. She's always going to matter, more so now that she… That I'm… That." She squeezes her eyes shut, still unable to say it out loud because there is no coming back from that. She's not a Fabray, even though she has spent the entire summer thus far in their house. She can't acknowledge something and then pretend it didn't happen.
Author's Note: I'M SO SORRY! I haven't updated in AGES! This semester I took a creative writing course which filled me with HORRIBLE anxiety and I almost gave up on writing a million times. It made my writing process A LOT slower because I start over thinking. But, this semester is coming to a close (Monday is my last day!) and I fully intend to return to my writing completely (I'm also doing the bigbang so, I'll be writing A LOT). There's a lot of happy and a lot of angst in this chapter. I really hope you all enjoy!
