Weird day. Metrocards for all you non NYers is the plastic and reloadable train and bus pass. It lets one travel with ease through the NYC transportation system (MTA). You can buy a single fare or for the month. I have the unlimited version which lets me travel as many times as I want within a month. I had 2 people offer me their Metrocards today ( Read more... )

Stayed up late watching a rerun of King of the Hill last night. I hafta admit that it's an exceptionally well written cartoon. No fluffy nonsense but all substance.
