Yes I belive "let them eat cake!" is a practical and wonderful quote to follow!
and yes, medical attention in case of stupid failure of the wonder drug.... is wise

yes, well I have done (smiles sheepishly) pretty well on avoiding the toxic wheat.
But it would be so nice to be able to pretend to be normal.
