I need somthing to take my mind off my problems for a few minutes while dinner is in the oven. I indulged in my home fry craving, but am doing them in a little olive oil and serving them with baked chicken (Sweet Baby Ray's Honey Terryaki marinade rocks), steamed carrots and steamed broccoli. Yum,
