When I moved to Knoxville, I didn't have an apartment until I got there. I literally went and toured places in the U-Haul until I found one that would let me move in almost immediately.

It was an awesome place, too. Newly refurbished. 600 square foot, 1-bdr. 10 minute walk from my office. $435/month.
