I'm grinning like a madman right now. <3 As you could imagine, I love their "new cover" and I made a squawk of protest when I realized that was the end of the chapter. I'm now dying to know how Misa is tied up to the entire situation.

I'm working on it - sometimes the chapters come faster, so hopefully the next one will. The nice thing about writing it for a challenge comm, though, is that it doesn't stall for TOO long. Glad you like - I like L's ringtone quite a bit, too.

I absolutely adore your alternate universes. This chapter felt too short by half simply because I wanted more. I'm glad to see you continuing on with this as it's quickly joined Brightly Burning and Mystic Eyes as my favorite fics of yours. You make me want to write myself which, these days, isn't that common (although I started writing, of all things, a Tamaki/Haruhi fic last night).

This was a perfect thing to find this morning. I'm looking forward to more!

hehe As for the breakthrough in the case... So clooose. But will L die by the time he learns the truth? That would sooo bite, just like the manga. XD

In any case, reading this really made my day all the better.

Raito can be an interesting character, since he thinks in so many directions.

I will not commit if L is going to live through this or not. ^_~
