So that was why Kurapika wasn't killed during the raid. It makes a lot of sense since I always thought that the Ryodan are thorough enough to kill every last person.

I didn't think that the killing would happen so soon in the fic but when I read about the merchant Feitan, I knew it wouldn't be long before the attack.

I'm eagerly waiting for the last to the story. Thank you for giving me a look at how life could have been for Kurapika and how much he has lost from the slaughter.

Well, I must say that despite the faultless writing and progression of plot, I expected the slaughtering of the tribe to have been longer. I liked how you twisted the plot to show how Kurapika was spared... though the poor little baby Helaku!

Can't wait until the next (last!!! >.<) chapter!

I'm not into bloody scenarios, though Kurapica gets to see the results in the next part (and it's not pretty).

Feitan is sinister and amusing at the same time. Kinda wonder what would have happened if it was, say, Nobanaga.

Looking like I may need a fifth chapter for this, actually.

Nobunaga lol!! Perhaps if you have time after you could write a spoof of some (or all^^) of the members of the Ryodan in this "Merchant" role. I can just imagine Shizuku (or was it Shizuka... been too long since I read HxH) she's so blur! XD

Fifth chapter would be really cool.
