I was hoping people would be able to hang on until the reveal... but it does make sense to me. I think they both love acting so much they'd play like this.

I'm glad the OC narrator works - I was originally going to play with this concept from an omniscient POV, but I decided the limited POV worked better.

And YES! Kyouko's alias also has connections to her seiyuu (Library Wars).
