Weekend and stuff
Ross and I went down to DC this weekend to visit Karen, a friend of Ross' whose parents have just moved to Alexandria. She, herself, lives in LA, so Ross doesn't get to see her much. Re: restrooms...Hmmm, I dunno. If it's a one-person, this really falls into one of those gray-area for manners. You coudl write into Miss Manners and see what she has to say. Some people are VERY shy about gender and bathrooms, etc. The most polite thing would probably to offer the bathroom to people who had been waiting longer, but being labeled a mensroom, I can understand them feeling uncomfortable even making such an offer...not to mention they felt it as somewhat an imposition for you to have made them wait. Hehe, guys are totally not used to having to wait at a restroom except maybe at a sporting event.
