Some Say I'm Not
Rome and Mason Jennings, (33MB version, XviD)
Antony and Brutus and some Octavian. And I mean, look, it's not a completely and utterly bizarre music choice! Granted, it's kind of doomed to failure when you take into account how totally rhythm deaf I am and how complicated the structure for this song is, especially since I wanted to ( Read more... )

Vidding is a scourge. It looks like it should be so easy to get where you want to go. XD

And I don't know what story you wanted to tell and didn't, but I liked the story we got. And as unschooled as I am in music outside the classical, I found the music to be well suited. I was expecting something BIZARRE.

*<3 even though there was no flesh* XD

The scourging eased up once I found something that could encode to XviD and do size reductions on my computer. I don't know why VobSub just won't cooperate, but it looks like Easy XviD is doing the trick wonderfully and with better usage of dual processors to boot.

SO MUCH EASIER ONCE I GOT THE HANG OF THAT. GOD.

Also, I am so glad that you're using the Last Man for The Project. HURRAY!

I'm sucking on Uncle Joe's Minty Ballz. :D

I need to find something decent to use on the MAC for vidding. I'd like to see if it is better or worse than vidding on my PC. I have several vids in shabby states -- a Maria, an HH/WB and Whoreappaloza -- so OF COURSE I need to start another one. OF COURSE. But who could resist THE LAST MAN.

And don't you love it when you have a technical breakthrough?

I think it's kinda awesome how porn is expanding your musical horizons.

Oh, I like how the way that the song flowed meant you got to let those moments play out. I love the influence of the women in here; it means something but I think I'm too addled to explain it other than it's cool how Atia and Servilia and Cleopatra are the dark figures here and seem to be the power, and Antony and Brutus are soldiers fighting the war. Or something like that. Here's what I know: it was cool.

And I really like that song. And the way you'll never watch 2x06.

I think you make (from the two I've seen so far) really interesting vids, where the viewer has to pay attention to a more complex story than just following what the song gives you. I like that, and this was entrancing even though I don't know the show.
