I loved this story (hopefully you saw that I recced it), and was delighted to see that you'd written it! No sign of rust at all, despite the gap between stories. :)

Thank you. I did see that and I was so excited...because yeah, ages since I'd written anything + the whole anonymous factor (although I swear it screams me...but perhaps not so much because of the 6-7 months lag?)

And yes, that was definitely something I was worried about. I have been writing, but non-fiction sadly, which isn't nearly as fun (well, editing it isn't as nearly as fun anyway...) and a whole different kettle of fish.
