you are not at all a bad lj friend! i just don't talk about justin very much on here anymore. i don't know why ... it's actually a very old thing (like, years) but it has it's on-again-off-again moments. i guess during one of the off moments, i learned to stop talking about it here and wallow in solitude. his recent emergence can probably just be chalked up to feeling okay about "us" right now.

hm, i don't know if you should get too excited. it still isn't exactly convenient if you aren't already in the neighborhood and/or have a car. although if you aren't afraid of the bus, the *much* shorter lines may make it worthwhile. alas, no wine store though.

hey long time no see!

The new TJs seems totally unaccessible, but I could deal with a bus line....I will have to look into that. Which one did you take?

i know! how are you? i'm glad you're still around and kicking and hope that the move to this city has turned out well. do update, and maybe we can grab beers or something sometime.

i do think the tj's is less-than-easy, if you don't have a car or live in the area. i usually take the 54, because it's close to me but if you're living in astoria it wouldn't be an option for you. you could either take the train to forest hills and take the 23 from there (easy when going, less-so when it's time to go back and you're loaded down with groceries). probably better though would be one of the busses that run down woodhaven - like the 53, which you can catch by target and the mall.

Actually I live in Jackson Heights now, but it looks like the Q53 will work. I never ride buses here, so I am totally ignorant of buslines. I assume you are living in Brooklyn?

And I blog at jenny jenny dot org! So I am still around. :)
