I actually managed to cook an entire meal last night! Pasta, with Italian sausage and some of Chris’ leftover home-made marinara sauce, and Swiss chard from the garden, cooked in butter and brown sugar. Nothing fancy, but it only took about 20 minutes because I had harvested, washed, and chopped the chard

One thing Chard is lousy in is lasagnia, btw. I haven't tried including it in anything else yet.
As an experiment, I froze a box full of washed and washed chard. I'll report back when I cook it.

I think after the CSA box is done for the season, I may just have to admit to myself that I'm not a big fan of swiss chard. But only after I'm not having to figure out what to do with it every week.
But I do adore dino kale...
