What happened doesn't really matter by now, does it? You're letting it affect you. And you can't let yourself get past it, even if he apologized. Face it, he said he was sorry, regardless if he meant it or not.

Take it or leave it. But you're dragging the entire town into your argument and I've had enough of hearing about it.

He seems to have gotten over it, and you need to as well.
