AO3 invite

Does anyone have a spare AO3 invite they'd like to give me? I want to sign up to yuletide but it appears that I can't without an invite. Clearly I've been away from fandom for much too long. (I don't even know why half my flist is posting from dreamwidth these days).

I know! I'm so excited about Yuletide, you have no idea. It contributed in a big way to my decision to buy a netbook :) It's my first one and I can't wait!

Out of curiosity, did you sign up? What were your requests?

Move to Dreamwidth happened due to some serious privacy violations committed by Livejournal as a company (crossposting of entries, flocked or not, to Facebook and/or Twitter, showing your real life name from Facebook on your LJ profile) and some of it's staff (posting inappropriate comments on photos in an flocked entry, then bragging about it to their friends). It was a massive exodus - LJ news entries maxed out on the number of comments, and 10 000 people moved to Dreamwidth in one day.

Ahh, thanks for the update. That does sound pretty crap of LJ. Luckily for me I don't have facebook and barely use twitter. Still, I'm curious about looking into dreamwidth in the near future.

If you ever do decide to set up a journal there (even for backup purposes), I think I have a couple of invitation codes that are still unused, so let me know.
