Minerva had written out all of the owls a few days before, but in anticipation of hearing from Harry Potter about the status of Grimmauld Place, she set them aside. Now however, she realized that the journals that the Ministry had given would be a better use of her resources. She'd been nervous about this for days, rallying everyone once again

In light of the fact the Ministry tends to take undo notice whenever the Heads of Gryffindor and Slytherin houses deviate from their 'normal routines' at the same time, and that this gathering is to be held in a location likely to arouse suspicion regardless as a result of it's lingering protections, I will remain at the school to assist Filius in looking after the students and perhaps negating some of that interest. I am sure I will be apprised of any information of note as soon as festivities conclude.

Would that such reminders were unnecessary. Be that as it may, you may consider Severus as speaking on behalf of the pack if such a thing need be. With Perry now living out of the country, I do not know if any of the others will choose to join officially this time around or not.
