....because the official news is in now, 'twould appear, and - JK Rowling and Warner Bros. *won* in their lawsuit against RDR and that complete asshole and lying, thieving, self-delusional wanker Steve VanderArk - JKR *won*, the judge ruled in favour of her, which means SVA and RDR not only have to pay her a bit o' cash in recompense, fees or whatnot....but, well, to quote a bit from the ancient oracles and wise men - *suck it*, VanderArk and RDR....it's over, you lost, now kindly get the hell out of our fandom and go crawl back under your rock, to wither away and die unnoticed, unwept, unhonoured and unsung by the rest of us. *Ha*! Oh, this is a grand, simply *grand* and fabulous day for the fandom, truly....but for JKR especially I'm hugely relieved, because this just vindicates her as the author, the creator, and the fact that, yes....she actually *does* have the rights to her own ideas, and no one - but *no one* - can ever take that away from her. Especially *now*.... :D *dances triumphantly*
