Now that's exactly what a Sam Boy King story should be - full of pain and desperation and Dean giving in because he can't NOT. I really liked how the exchange between them became a mixture of angel and demon possession with Sam asking for Dean to say yes. And tall and unshakable as dogma, a great line!
