Well, yeah, it kinda is, actually! Thursdaysisters was bored recently and was offering to knit folks fingerless gloves for weird fic, but I don't write weird, so I asked her if she'd take an illustration instead. And that's when she pointed me to 'Shine On' which, as it turns out, was inspired by the red-sun-smoking-Sam pic! She had a very specific image in mind ... Jared, looking out a Miami hotel window, smoking. He's a hitman in the fic. IT'S DELIGHTFULLY GRIM.

And I just couldn't resist the lure of fingerless gloves.

Now that I've gotten this out of my system, however, I might have some porn to write ... *mulls*
