The ever-industrious and adorable reapertownusa wrote a little early-season goodie with a glorious setting for this year's samdean_otp called Into the Woods. I didn't finish nearly the amount of art I wanted, but hey, the colors are pretty, right? And Season One Sam-hair is always a joy. :D It's a fun read, so do check it!

Oooh it was worth the wait! Love the fudging - those colours are lovely. And I really love the leaves behind the creeper and the negative imaged leaves on the right. Of course it goes without saying - bleeding boys are gore-gious. The banner had already caught my eye with its Russian fairy tale look! Did you make up the font yourself? It's perfect for this.

Yay, home! Nope, I didn't make up the font but I did hand-letter it. OBVIOUSLY. I had ink-bleeding issues. Sharpies do so love to bleed. I wish I'd found more time to do other scenes but it was not to be. *sigh*

We're not getting anything unusual from Sandy, thank goodness. Tad too far inland. Had a marvie time at Chicon! But there are so many other LJ buds I wish I could've met (like yourself). Bit of a haul, though, huh? I'll do a proper write-up tonight and TRY to make it entertaining!
