I have traded jewelry for some mighty strange things, including rare books, tent stakes, even clothes. One of my business partners traded jewelry (it was a jewelry business) for a parrot (which wrought in me a ringing dislike of parrots) and even Magic: the Gathering trading cards... nevery quite Jurrassic Park ones.

Deflating occupied jumping castles (I take it those are those inflatable children's entertainment things that you can rent with a big fan for block parties and birthdays? Or is it the castles that jump?) on the other hand, I can't quite imaging trying. Please report back on this as well.

This reminds me - I have 2 unmarked Aussie stamps I want to send back you. I've been saving them since forever. *g* I just finished my letter to you today - I'll include them.

If you are interested, I joined a philathely-club some time ago (just to get the special edition -unmarked- stamps to go on letters to special people) and they gave me a 'present' when I joined : some special edition German Areoplane stamps. As they are already marked with a '1st-day-mark', I can't use them and was planning to sell them on Ebay. However, shipping them off to someone who appreciates them is a much better cause, I think :)

My brother and I used to 'collect' stamps as well. One of us (probably Ted?) had one that was shaped as a triangle and I thought it was the coolest stamp ever :) Banana stamps sound far more exotic, though!
