I was looking through the fees for international calls at my cell operator. Couldn’t spot Russia. I went on and on through the list of the countries in alphabetical order. Nothing. Sure they couldn’t forget it. But there was nothing for R except Rwanda and Romania. Desperately I’ve used ’ctrl+f’ and here it was: USSR (Russian Federation
