Well I had a lovely weekend. Went up to sheffield no probs and on sunday we went off to manchester. We arrived in time to see half of some guy called John Squires set. He seemed nice but I wasn't with it enough by that point to really appreciate him and his band ( Read more... )

Decolletage.

Am going for the denim look at my tribal gathering - millinery by JK Ensell, cleavage-enhancing top & jeans by Tesco. If they let us soundboarders in before the riff-raff, then will be at front with 2 cameras ready to be....prominent. Have given my other soundboard pass to Hank, who has promised me recordings of BOTH gigs in return.

The support act is Starsailor, who I rather like.

The waiting is always the pisser (just ask K about Trafalgar Sq...)

Have tried to swing the 2nd night, but no such luck.....

Will have to send a b'day postcard from the gig to Big

have been told today he's from the stone roses, who I know only as name rather than as a band.

i can pass on stone roses stuff.

feeling very happy listening to my new cds. ah... only problem is i keep on trying to listen to them all at once...i will not learn, will i? ho hum.
i have a mouse daemon, g. rah. although i was thinking of more of a ostrich-type thing myself, i'm still pretty cool with that. mice (meese? why isn't it meese?) are cool.
