Something about the shape of that boiler makes me think of Bella's Knap.
Steam-age burial mound.

It's a really rare sort of boiler. Although once common, most of the few survivors are still there because they were dug out and used as handy water tanks etc. (there's one out Warmley way). This is the only one I know of that's still in its brick surround.

There's a Wiki article on early steam boilers that I've been writing (or failing to) for about two years now...
