I'm seeing Eric's Tavern for you. Though Güero's came to mind, I think the people who go there might get a bit too crazy for you and the walls are very cluttered which wouldn't fit an anti-pack rat like yourself! Eric's has a much homier feel to it and the colors are soft and muted. You could put on some '80s vinyls on the record player (time travel, bb) and dance your heart away, I doubt Eric or his daughter would mind. In IB we saw the tavern on a crazy night, but I think typically it would be a bit quieter without being dead. :)
