Submission Guildelines
Weekly Prompts
Noncompetitive
Every week, a word, phrase, or scenario prompt will be chosen by the mods and posted to the community. Drabbles for weekly prompts must be between a minimum of 100 words and a maximum of 300. You can post as many drabbles for as many pairings as you wish!
NOTE: Drawbles are allowed for weekly prompts.
Monthly Challenges
Competitive
Like the weekly prompt, a monthly challenge will have a word, phrase, or scenario prompt; unlike the weekly prompt, however, the monthly challenge will have a specified pairing. A challenge must be between a minimum of 100 words and a maximum of 500. Only one drabble per person is allowed in challenges, so make it count!
Each challenge will run for one month. Anyone can participate. Challenges will be posted on the first of every month, and you will have three weeks to submit a drabble for the challenge. At the end of three weeks, members of the community will have one week to vote for their favorite drabble in a screened post. At the end of the forth week, a winner and a runner-up will be announced, and they will both receive banners for their drabbles.
NOTE: Drawbles are currently not allowed for monthly challenges.

You may not need to use all of these, however please always include pairing, word count and rating. Always warn for recent spoilers, graphic violence or sex and potential squicks. These include incest, BDSM, MPreg, non-con... use common sense, please.
DO NOT change the colour of your font. Let it be. Ditto for the size.

Please use lj-cuts; they are your friend. Alternatively, you can provide a link back to your journal or wherever your drabble is posted.

Tagging
All tagging is done by the mods. There are currently no tags for authors.
Shipping
The focus of your drabble must be a yaoi and/or yuri shipping. Heterosexual pairings are allowed, but not as the main couple. There are no exceptions.
Pairing Names
We use slashes. That is where the term 'slash' comes from, incidentally. So:

YES: Gin/Hitsugaya

NO: 11th captain/Chad
YES: Starrk/Shinji

- This one is much more predominant in Naruto fandom, but I'm putting it in here just in case.I don't need to see Starrk's name twice. You can tell me about all of the position switching going on in your author's note, if you like. The exception to this is is there are two Starrks for whatever reason. I suppose Starrk is a bad example.
Old Prompts/Challenges
You are welcome and encouraged to fill old prompts and challenges. Obviously you can't win any of the old challenges, as they've already been completed. Old monthly challenges become like weekly prompts when completed in that you can submit more than one drabble to them.
Original Characters
OCs are permitted, whether the shipping is character/OC or OC/OC. However, it must be clear that they are in Bleach-verse. This means no drabble that are both AU and have OCs.
Alternate Universe
AUs are permitted, so long as there are Bleach character obviously present in the AU. See Original Characters above.
Genderswitch
Go for it! The resulting ship must be m/m or f/f, however. For example, Ichigo/femme!Ishida is het, and therefore should not be posted here. On the other hand, femme!Ichigo/femme!Ishida and Rukia/femme!Ichigo are yuri so they are allowed.
Unrequited Relationships
So long as the focus is on a yaoi or yuri ship you can make it as one-sided as you want.
Multiple Submissions
You may submit as many drabbles as you can write for the weekly prompt or for past prompts or challenges, but please only post up to 5 drabbles per day. You may submit one drabble for the monthly prompt, no exceptions.
