i think it was a really interesting discussion and i think it's a good thing that you brought it up instead of just deciding because you're the mod. (i've had other mods do that and it's annoying to say the least.) so thank you for being willing to open a discussion with us and thanks to the person that pm'ed you as well. :D

I think that's the right outcome. Especially with mention of exceptions, because yeah, it seems obvious in a way, but then again "queer" is not exactly a term one can put definite and unmovable barriers on.

And I think discussion was interesting and did us all some good ;)

I'm really super happy that this all worked out! You guys are such a cool community, that we could go through this discussion and come out the other side, all agreeing on the same ideas.

And I really enjoyed the discussion, too. You guys brought up some great points that I'd never thought of and clear up a lot of my confusion about the topic.
