Wow... that was amazing! I saw this a while ago, but I didn't have time until now to read it. But yeah... it blew me away! The writing, the concept, everything. I especially like the little phrases you wrote like A shadow thief for the shadow queen, and It’s tricky work, stealing a thief. They're very profound.

Now I'll be off reading the next part. =D

Very vivid and powerful! Just a minor thing: I think you mean "keep the Magus interned", rather than "interred." Unless, of course, you've got a zombie Magus, which would be a very interesting AU, but, I suspect, not your original intention.
