Well, a) when you squeeze on someone's chest, some of the water should come out so you can blow air in. Repeat and rinse as it were... b) Depends if you are a rubber doll or not, and whether you have a puncture.

I see the nipples as a stimulus response. If I had Daniel Craig's hands all over my chest with him huffing and puffing all over me - my nipples would be pretty damn perky.
