so i know it sounds really drastic and whatnot, but your first step should be contacting the police, and i'm guessing that your second step should be calling the social security office in richmond. they're probably the best place to go to find out if your social security number has in fact been compromised, and what to do now.
as for the house, well, i hope that allison's bro is as cool as she is and will understand that this situation is beyond your control. as for your credit, well, that'll be a little trickier to get back, but if you can move into the house and pay your rent on time and shit, that'll probably make up for a falsified eviction.

i second patrick's notion, cancel all your credit cards and get new ones, with NEW numbers tell them you're a victim of fraud so they know. actually, do that first. so they can freeze everything, and if there's any action that happens after that, they have a better chance of catching the person.
Thanks for the advice... So thus far i havent talked to the landlord myself, so i dont know exactly what the report said or with which reporting company he did it. I went on freecreditreport.com and tried to get my report... but they send me something in the snail mail before i can access it. lame. tomorrow i meet with the landlord to pick up keys and lease papers (YAY WE GOT THE HOUSE!) so i plan on getting more details from him. Then i guess ill call the social security office. How do i contact the policed dept for shit like this? Their non-emergency number or something??? I was talking to a co-worker who is also a mortgage broker and he said that ill have to do hella paper work and shit to clear my credit, but that in the long run, as long as im not trying to buy a house right away, i should be okay. nonetheless, LAME. yea and im hella gonna rep cheesepark. thas ma hood now! :D
