I'm good either way.

While I wouldn't drop the game if it were to stay on LJ, I am strongly supportive of moving to DreamWidth. LJ seems to be going in a direction that would make it less and less conducive to RPing and DW's site is basically identical (although with a few beneficial additions) to how LJ was before, so getting used to it is easy--not to mention, being able to import journals and communities and whatnot.

This is coming from someone with three paid accounts for this game alone. I don't care if that's two months of wasted money: in the long run, it's silly to stay here just because of a little bit of paid time.

I certainly wouldn't drop if the game stayed on LJ, but I very much support the idea of moving to dreamwidth... largely because I simply do not wish to put up with LJ's complete disregard for it's userbase anymore (although the fact that the site changes are detrimental to RP is also a factor).

But, like I said, whether we stay or go, you have my metaphorical sword. I already have a Zelda account on DW, so moving would be trivial for me.

I prefer a move, to be honest. Community importing won't be live for one to two more months, as I understand it, but DW seems to treat its customers with respect. They're eager to support fandom and roleplay on their site, and they're looking forward to helping rpers with moving. Should the game move, I'm sure they'll do their best to listen to us, unlike with LJ. This is especially a plus for me, as the major issue, in my personal opinion, is how LJ treats its customers.

However, the new commenting system and layout are also a factor; I rarely tag at the moment, but when I do, I have to do them in a very roundabout way I've rarely ever used. I have to type tag out in Notepad, click the view from comment link in the email notif, copy/paste the tag, and then hit Post Comment. It's a lot of loops to jump through to post a comment, for me. However, it's the only one that works, I don't do tags on the site much, if at all, because this layout is a strain on my eyes. Threads are no longer viewable from whatever point you wish, the large ( ... )

I will not leave the game no matter what happens, but I would definitely prefer moving to Dreamwidth.
