There it is again, that nagging feeling of guilt. Xion finds herself clutching the string of silver beads on her cloak while she walks. Her chest aches again, where she knows her heart is now. The heart that for the longest time she didn't know she had.

Is it her fault? For wanting to look for her friend? The Queen had said she'd look for her, and Xion desperately wanted to believe it...but she wasn't sure what to believe in anymore. Her friends, that woman who thought she was Ventus, everything. That same overwhelming feeling all over again, the one that made her want to run and run and never stop.

But this Sora needed someone. She was all alone. And the one thing Xion was certain of was that this was something she couldn't run from. She'd done enough of that. This girl she stole everything from--she couldn't abandon her.

She quickens her steps, following the directions she was given. It's a thankfully short time before she finds herself at the foot of the right tree, looking up.

"Sora?" She calls.

When Sora hears Xion's voice, it's as if so much more is right in the world. Relief floods her and all the bad memories go away for the moment. She throws a big grin down to Xion as she leans over the railing.

"There's a way up on the side! A staircase! Can't miss it. Meet ya inside!" she calls down, quickly running inside to wait for Xion. Who will find, upon entering, that this is, quite literally, a treehouse. Sora wasn't kidding when she said she had room.

She's never actually seen a treehouse before, so this becomes her first impression. She's lived up high before--the castle was big, and every room had a window looking out over the neon lights of the city. But this is different. Cozier. She runs a hand over the wood as she climbs, tugging off her gloves after a moment.

Peering around the interior, her face lights up a bit. This is a far cry from the echoing, empty station platforms where she's been sleeping. She was hoping the familiarity of the clock tower would calm her nerves, but she realized now that nothing did it better then being in the presence of another person.

She smiles at Sora, trying to be reassuring.

"It seems really safe up here."

"I'd hope so. I really wanted a safe place to live," she says with a big grin. Xion's here, so everything's better. She grabs the other girl's hand, and leads her happily to the main bedroom. On each side there's a triple bunk.

"Pick which one's yours. They're really comfy--this world really provides," Sora says, wanting to get Xion settled before they discuss anything else. Because then she can forget for a bit longer. Just a bit longer...
